History and The New Vision

Once a former Marina and restaurant, The Landings at Bennett’s Creek is the vision of Suffolk’s own restaurateurs and developers, Teresa and Brian Mullins, who created nearby upscale eateries, Vintage Tavern at Governor’s Pointe and River Stone Chophouse in North Suffolk. The Mullins’ wanted to offer the same wonderful memories they experienced bringing their son to the marina to fish or spending time with family in the restaurant. In addition to the new marina, boat dock and restaurant for the public to enjoy, the Mullins added 23 semi-custom homes for the perfect marina lifestyle.
